The Penguin, aka Oswald Cobblepot, is a classic Batman villain from DC Comics, a crime boss who controls Gotham's underworld with wealth, cruelty, and an army of umbrella gadgets.

The crime boss stands square-shouldered in a long leather coat, pistol hanging low in one fist and a curved-handle umbrella planted before him. A knotted tie and pleated shirt dress his heavy frame, his flat stare unblinking beneath slicked hair. A duffel of banknotes slumps at his heels while a real penguin watches from the stones. The base is a rise of cracked slabs scattered with shells.
