Pyramid Head is the iconic monster from Silent Hill 2, a silent helmeted executioner who drags a massive blade and represents the protagonist's guilt and desire for punishment.

The executioner trudges forward, vast triangular helm grinding against his shoulders as he drags a great rusted blade. A butcher's apron hangs from a muscled torso, gloved fists wrapped around the knife's grip, boots grinding the plates below. The base is a spiked octagonal iron dais.
