Roy Mustang is the Flame Alchemist from Fullmetal Alchemist, a charismatic military officer who manipulates fire through alchemy and aims to become Führer.

The alchemist snaps his gloved fingers as flame leaps from his fingertips, coat and cape flaring wide. His high-collared uniform is banded and buckled down the chest, an ignition ring gleaming on his hand, dark hair swept neatly from his eyes. Fire coils around the cobbles at his heels. The base is a cobblestone disc ringed in a rising ring of flame.
