Himiko Toga is a villain from My Hero Academia, a yandere member of the League of Villains whose Quirk lets her transform into anyone whose blood she drinks.

The shapeshifter skips mid-leap, a knife in one hand and a syringe raised in the other, her fanged grin wide beneath messy double buns. An oversized cardigan and pleated skirt fly around her, a toothy scarf knotted at her throat and knife pouches strapped to her belt and thigh. The base is a chunk of broken rubble.
